NATURE OF INDUSTRY : Steel, Power, Sponge Iron, Ferro Alloys.
QUALIFICATION : Must be Professionally Qualified with Finance Background or C.A.
PURPOSE : 15 + Years in a leadership role & should be conversant in Techno-commercial aspects.
CORE RESPONSIBILITY HANDELED : Well versed in handling the Corporate Office Management and Administration.
Possessing excellent leadership quality with the exposure of a Team Builder and & a Player.
Proficiency in handling and managing the functional areas of a big industry, like:
Accounts/Finance
* To manage the Accounts & Finance Department, Costing & budgeting, dealing with Banks
& other Accounts and Finance related matters.
Raw Material
* He should be conversant in Procurement & Logistics of Coal, Iron Ore & Manganese.
* He will be responsible for sufficient supply of raw material to the plant.
Purchase & Store
* He will be responsible for purchasing of all type of material required for the plant & H.O.
* He will be responsible for inventory control & JIT (Just in Time) implementation.
Marketing
* He should have exposure of core marketing & should have good skills to lead the
marketing team.
* He should be well conversant in the market trends.
* He must have good exposure in the field of Import & Export.
Plant
* He will be responsible for day to day operations of VGL- Siltara Plant.
* He will also be responsible for day to day production of plant.
Human Resources Management
* Should have good exposure in the areas of Man Management, Performance Management,
Organizational Development, Change management, H.R. Procedures & Policies & other
H.R. related activities.
Reporting
* Taking reports from:- HODs of Commercial, Finance & Accounts, Material, Export,
Marketing, HR & IT.
